What nail glue do you recommend?
We recommend a professional nail glue
How long do the nails stay on?
It really all depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands and your choice of adhesive. With nails tabs you can wear them for about 1 to 7 days. With nail glue, for about 1 to 3 weeks.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes. The use of nail tabs will make the nails reusable.
For those that prefer nail glue, I would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file. It'll gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails and give you many more wears.
Do you offer custom orders?
We do! If you have a concept in mind or seen something that inspires you just send us a message so we can chat ideas together.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes we do by email request only. Rushes start at $20 for 1 set $30 for 2-3 sets and go up from there. These take 2-5 business days. Custom Rushes start at $30 and take 5-7 business days.
How many nails come in each set?
All sets come with 10 nails in the size you select.
What comes with my nails?
All nail orders come with a mini nail file, cuticle pusher, buffer, and application and removal instructions.
GLUE IS SOLD SEPARATELY.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Nails: All of our nails are made to order. We do not keep stock of nails on hand to ship out immediately (unless stated otherwise). So please be aware that if you need nails within the same week or the following, they are NOT going to get there in time. Our current Turnaround time is 2-4 weeks due to HIGH order volume. Again, this is because all of our nails are made to order and solely handcrafted. If you need your order by a certain date we advise you pursue the RUSH ORDER Please keep in mind that these nails take time to make. We takes great pride in our work & puts our heart into every design.
Sizing Sample Packs: 3-5 Business days. If you haven't received it within a week or two please contact us. We get so many orders that sometimes it can get overlooked.

How long will it take to receive your order once shipped ?
Domestic Shipping: 3-5 Business days. If there are any delays due to holidays or weather we are not responsible. Please be sure to constantly check your tracking for your packages whereabouts.
International Shipping: 7-15 Business days in some cases it may be longer depending on the country. We are NOT responsible for any custom fees your country may charge upon its arrival.
Returned - Insufficient Address or Unclaimed Packages: Any packages that are returned due to an insufficient addressed or unclaimed at customs or delivery will be refunded without shipping charge. If you want your package re-shipped due to insufficient address you will be charged a $10 shipping fee. Please be sure to double check your address before placing your order, as well as after on your confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
Do you offer Rush Shipping?
We offer a limited of Rush shipping per month.
Do you offer wholesale?
Wholesale is available for boutiques, salons and spas. No rebranding. No online stores. A minimum order of 20 sets is required for wholesale pricing. For more information fill out the Contact Us form.
